You can obtain quotations and instruct cases either online or by using our Agent Service Team. Whichever option suits your business, you can seamlessly integrate the amount of margin you wish to add, whether its £24 or £225!
Online
Our simple online system provides you with detailed and accurate quotations in seconds. You will also receive the maximum commission available by using this method. To obtain a quote, all you need to input is:
- Client's name
- Property value
- Property tenure
Our system will do the rest and will provide a full and transparent breakdown of the costs involved, including searches, stamp duty (if applicable) and any other disbursements.
Simple Referral System
Alternatively, you can call our Agent Service Team and ask them to contact your clients directly to provide them with a quotation. Our Team is available Monday to Friday between 9.00am – 7.00pm, or you can email them at any time. Your client will then be contacted within 24 hours. If you use our referral service, you will still be able to track cases through our simple to use online system.
